“By God, you Brits put us
Americans to SHAME in the customer service department. DO keep this up.
Ripping good pair of wellies...For all intents and purposes, they're
armor-plated bedroom slippers! Some four days ago, I found myself sitting in
obscenely cold slushy slop well over my ankles in a blind ("hide" as you're
accustomed to saying) in the bowels of a freshwater marsh three miles from my
house. While tallying the newly-arrived Red-winged Blackbirds (22), my feet
were as warm as ten gallons of Irish coffee. Just what I expected!
Good thing I've reproofed the Northumbria. PLEASE DO send the extra insoles
along at your earliest convenience. Removal of the insoles allows quite a
variety of ludicrous sock combinations to be worn beneath...
