VAT (Value added Tax)
Value added tax is charged on all orders delivered within the EU, including the United Kingdom. VAT is not charged on orders delivered to destinations outside the EU, such as the USA and Canada. The shopping cart will calculate VAT, where applicable, once you have entered the delivery destination.
SHIPPING / DELIVERY CHARGES
We keep our charges as low as possible. Our shopping cart will calculate the shipping charge based on the packaged weight of the items and the delivery destination. You will be able to review this charge before committing to an order. The table below shows some examples.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY
We hold a large stock and we aim to process your order within one working day of receipt.
UK orders weighing over 2kg (all full height boots and some heavier short boots) are despatched by courier 24Hr signed for service (next working day). Lighter items are sent by Royal Mail and will be delivered by your postman. Most items will require a signature on delivery.
UK customers who require Saturday delivery are requested to telephone us, please, with their order on 01249 783530.
EC/Europe orders weighing over 2kg will be delivered by a signed for parcel service, taking 2-3 working days. Lighter items will be sent through the post. All items will require a signature on delivery.
US / Canadian orders weighing over 2kg will be delivered by an International signed for parcel service, taking 3-5 working days. Lighter items will be sent through the mail. All items will require a signature on delivery.
Orders from the rest of the world weighing over 2kg will be delivered by an International parcel service, taking 5-7 working days. Lighter items will be sent through the mail. All items will require a signature on delivery.
